Be careful where your loans are placed

There are a number of Non-Qm Lenders calling it quits or restructuring. Make sure you are asking your Broker or Consultant about the lender's ability to close your loan. What is the relationship that they have with the Lender, how many loans have they closed. Although no one knows when a lender will pull the plug but there are signs. Just be careful.
